A little about me - I completed the Fitness and Health Promotion program at Sault College, where I discovered a passion for understanding how the body works. This inspired me to pursue then graduate with honours from the Massage Therapy program at CTS Canadian Career College. Since then, I’ve achieved registration as a Registered Massage Therapist (RMT).

In my practice, I’m dedicated to creating individualized treatment plans tailored to your unique goals — whether you’re seeking a wellness-focused or recovery and therapeutic approach. I incorporate an evidence-based framework, a variety of massage techniques, remedial exercises, and home-care recommendations to restore function and well-being.
